Teenagers nowadays used most of their time staying in front of the computer, they can have their computer games for all night long without sleeping, especially on the weekend and holidays, as they had themselves addicted to the game. The main reason of teenagers smoking is because when they are smoking they feel like they are more mature and wiser and seem to be more abrasive although they know that is bad for their health. Most of them cannot perform well in their academic and also in sports as well. This is because excessive taking cigarette will damage their brain and their lungs. Another type of substances abuse is alcoholic drink and drugs. As an example, Alcoholic drinks and drugs have become the addiction to teenagers in night clubs, they take alcoholic drinks and drugs just for the sake of making them drunk and to release their stress and tension. As a conclusion, everyone in this society should start practicing a good healthy lifestyle from now onwards.
